Technical innovation and R&D strength
WURESUO® focuses on independent research and development of ion nitriding processes and equipment, with profound technical accumulation:
• 2011: Delivered large-scale ion nitriding equipment with a diameter of 3 meters.
• 2014: Launched a high-frequency inverter pulse power supply control system.
• 2015: Achieved batch delivery of ion nitriding equipment with four furnaces sharing a hydraulic lifting device.
• 2018: Batch delivered ultra-high equipment with a working area height of 8 meters, and developed a fully digital pulse power supply control system.
• 2021: Successfully developed high-temperature ion nitriding equipment to meet the large-scale batch production of titanium alloy workpieces.
• 2022: The variable frequency inverter pulse power supply control system was successfully developed.
• 2023: Delivery of wind turbine gear ion nitriding equipment with a high-frequency inverter with a maximum output of 450A and a load capacity of 15 tons.
• 2024: Batch delivery of second-generation high-temperature ion nitriding equipment to optimize the titanium alloy ion nitriding process.
• 2025: Delivery of ion nitriding equipment that switches and controls three vacuum furnace systems with a power control system.
• 2025: Successful development of bipolar variable frequency pulse power supply, batch delivery to users.
The company has 3 invention patents and more than 40 utility model patents, and its core equipment models include LDMC, LDNBMC®, LDGNMC®, LDBPMC®, LDSBMC®, etc. The power control system and vacuum furnace system are independently developed, and the technology is independent and not shared with third parties. WURESUO® solemnly declares: Any publicity on the market similar to its name and equipment model has nothing to do with it.

Industry standards and product advantages
As the drafting unit of China's ion nitriding process standards,WURESUO® has taken the lead in formulating the standards for "Ion Nitriding of Steel Parts" (JB/T6956-2007) and "Ion Nitriding" (GB/T34883-2017), demonstrating its authority in the industry. Its equipment is known for its stable operation, high repeatability, and easy operation, which greatly reduces labor intensity and helps customers improve production efficiency.

In 2017, WURESUO® built a production base of more than 5,000 square meters in China, covering the entire process of furnace body manufacturing, power supply assembly and process experiments, realizing full-chain autonomy from research and development to production, and can flexibly meet customers' personalized needs and equipment upgrades.
